Anglers,
Having one of the most stable springs in a long time, starting off at Tappa=
n a
little earlier then the past really paid off this year. This is one of the
biggest weight total for a SEOLTT event plus the
largest bass ever weighed in was set this weekend.

The new team of Hammer and Fulks definitely ham=
mered
them on Sunday. There five fish weighed in at 15.22lbs earning them $1220.00
plus $330 for the ten pound pot and another $230.00 for there 7.60lb giant.
That works out to be a seven pound ten ounce fish!!! Rumor has it that these
boys are studs no matter where they fish. Great job guy=
s.

Second place goes to the husband and wife team of the Peepers. There five
weighed in at 11.20lbs netting them $510.00 for the day. They must have got
stuck because they never moved 50yds all day, probably never burnt a gallon=
of
gas either. Nice catch Mike and Deb.

Third place went to the team of Wood and Little,=
there
five fish limit weighed in at 10.44lbs earning them $200.00 for the day. Th=
ese
two are tough every event also.

The father and son team of Jim and Brett McLean earned a $130.00 for there
fourth place finish. There five weighed in at 10.04lbs.

Grabbing the last money spot was another new team of Robin and Robin. There
five weighed 10.00lbs even getting them $110.00 for the day.

Todd and Eibel received the second big bass mon=
ey for
$100.00 with a nice 4.42lb largemouth.

Everything seemed to go pretty well on Sunday and it was nice to see alot of new teams plus some guys come back that havent fished in a couple years.

The championship pot is at $940.00 after the first event. The point standin=
gs
are attached and pics will be posted by the end=
of
the week. The next event is at Seneca April 26 and the launch times are 7am=
to
3pm. Get the boats in the water so we can get st=
arted
a little early.

Have a good week on the water,
